- You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

The view was breathtaking. The service on 148h floor with coffee and cookies was amazing. The photo session on both 148 and 125 floor was horrible. After spend over 700AUd they gave us an invalid QR code. Reached out to help ask provided details only for them to tell me my QR code is invalid nothing different from the app. I sent further details and no response. We paid over 350 at both the floors and they can’t give you right QR code. Don’t pay to download your photos. This is what they want almost $1000. Adu for a USB.

What is there to say, if you’re coming to Dubai and don’t go to The top of the tallest building in the world, what’s the point, the views are spectacular, being in construction I truly appreciate the building as a structure in itself, definitely worth the trip, The 125th floor is swamped with people. Would recommend spending the extra money and going up to the 148 floor observation deck where they give you complimentary drinks & snacks, more intimate experience, the view is beautiful without the crowds

This is not skip the line at all- it’s go into another line which may not be as long. They pack you in like sardines into the elevator and you almost suffocate. Expensive for what you get

The Premium pass allowed us up to the highest floor in the fastest time. Small groups so not crowded and no queueing. Refreshments served afterwards and allowed to stay as long as we wanted to. Great experience and would recommend to everyone.

Well worth booking skip the line, as you can spend most your time in line In side the building otherwise,. waiting for the lifts on different floors, if you go to floor 148, you get free drinks (coffee, soft drinks,water) and biscuits and snacks whilst sitting in the lounge. Excellent views around, and we went at night, to experience all the lights...👍👍
