We really enjoyed the boat tour. We went Westminster to Greenwich. I wished I had gotten cash out to leave a tip.

Information is lacking. It would be beneficial if routes/pick up points were easily available. Never instructed to look for earbuds or maps. For the amount of $ expected much more in terms of customer service.

Enjoy the roundtrip as this is a fabulous way to see more of the city than can be seen by bus.
Comfortable, spacious, educational, fun and gorgeous, day or night.
Very happy we did this again.

Cold but beautiful

What started out as a cloudy, drizzle-filled joirney turned into a very sunny and delightful trip up and down the Thames. The boat was very nice, offering both indoor and outdoor seating and a concession stand inside. The tour started in Westminster and ended in Greenwich with a stop at the Tower Bridge. All of the major landmarks were clearly visible, and the tour guide did a nice job pointing them out and giving facts about them. Despite the sun, the wind picked up and made things a little cold and choppy. But, it didn’t not really detract from the beauty and joy of the experience.

The guide was delightful, funny and full of knowledge. Comfy ride - enjoyed very much! Lovely view of the City and fits into busy day 😀
