Very punctual, considerate driver. Difficult to park a bus in London, but I don’t know what you can do about that. Perhaps convince police not to give tickets?
Not what we expected.

We expected a smaller vechile - not a full blown coach with 50 people on board! The driver was 30 minutes late - we missed our check-in window at the pier by 1 1/2 hours. The driver was very nice and not his fault - the dispatcher had him going all over the city for pickups and when he was on his way - they would change it up again. Not a good experience

London trip to Southampton port

We enjoyed a trip from London to the Southampton pier for Disney. Our driver was on time and was great at loading and unloading our luggage. We will definitely use this service again.
