Very convenient but read t&c’s

Overall the ease of hopping on and off near main attractions was a massive bonus after our exhausting Disney trip. I would give 5 stars to all the drivers we had, they were always very polite, gave us information and also a couple of them let us on the bus outside of the designated bus stop which was handy as we didn’t then have to wait for another bus. The app is great too so definitely recommend downloading it. I would give 1 star for the company in itself. We booked 24hr tickets but unfortunately you don’t get the full 24hrs. The operating time from our nearest bus stop was 10.10-5pm. The next day the ticket can be used until the time you first scanned your ticket the day before. Very disappointed with that as this wasn’t clearly disclosed when booking and meant we had to take the metro to get back to our hotel.
Didsapointed

I have booked hop and off bus tours many times. Never had an issue. This time though we had a scheduled Eiffel Tower tour. We had plenty of time to get to the tour however the bus driver took an unscheduled and not on the map detour which caused us to miss our tour. We ended up buying another tour later that day. We received a message from Viator that we could reschedule free of charge but the message was received too late. We had already paid. I would really appreciate a refund for our earlier scheduled tour which we missed. Thank you

…you have to start your trip with a “hop on hop off” tour. It’s nearly a requirement. Grab your earbuds at the front of the bus. Sit on upstairs double deck. The little Red unit mounted next to the seat is where you plug in. Change the channel to English. Enjoy!
Would recommend getting to the stop early to get on first

Very good. But no info on how to get headphones or listen to commentary so totally missed this. Also the bus can be busy and no coordination on families sitting together Would recommend getting to the stop early to get on first if you're a big group, however people may already be on the bus
Fabulous
