- Travelers should have a high level of physical fitness
- Minimum age: 6 years old. Each participant must be declared at the time of booking. We do not accept undeclared clients (baby, child under 6 yo), and your reservation will be canceled without compensation in such cases.
- Option 1: "Semi-Private" guided tour for a maximum of 11 people, lasting 2:30 hours at the Palace, including transfer.
- Option 2: "Small Group" guided tour for a maximum of 16 people, lasting 2:30 hours at the Palace, including transfer.
- Option 3: "Small Group" guided tour for a maximum of 18 people, lasting 2:30 hours at the Palace, including transfer.
- Option 4: "Small Group" guided tour for a maximum of 28 people, lasting 1:30 hours at the Palace, including transfer.
- Please to confirm your reservation, we will need your address for the pick-up ( except for option 5 )
- * Our vehicle is not equipped for people with disabilities and we do not have a trunk for wheelchairs.
- Motorized wheelchair prohibited in the museum
- Participants must be able to follow their guide for approximately 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles is very crowded, and we must adhere to the scheduled visiting times. Additionally, the guide will not be able to provide personal assistance. If you have walking difficulties, health issues, or any other concerns, we suggest reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
- The tour is not recommended for individuals with disabilities, especially those who have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs, as Versailles is very extensive and features numerous steps to navigate, both within the buildings and in the gardens.

Excellent guide. The pick up from hotel was extremely convenient as I was traveling with older parents. Driver was very attentive and punctual.
There was no “skip the line” however. We stood in the group line for about 40 mins with other tour guides groups.

Our guide was very informative but also kept us moving through the crowds. It was an amazing visit as we traveled back in time to a by gone era of opulence.

Pickup right at our hotel, which was great. Driver was on time, courteous and safe. On arrival, we met the guide and (after a few struggles - her mic pack didn't work, and the skip-the-line entrance was still very busy) went inside. The chapel was closed for some reason, and the place was PACKED. Apparently, it was a school break week and there were many students there on field trips. None of those things were the fault of the guide or the tour operator, and the guide did a great job of managing our group. She was terrific - gave us all a lot of fascinating info, and was good at moving us into spaces where she could speak to us and show us things while navigating around all the chaos.
It was also raining that day (at one point very heavily) - again, not the fault of the operators at all! But I bring it up to confirm it would have been enough time on this half-day tour to briefly see the gardens and stop for lunch had it not been raining. In fact, my wife wants to come back on our next trip to Paris and do the full day tour so we can experience the Petit Trianon and spend more time in the gardens. I really thought the half day would have been plenty, but we would not have enjoyed a longer tour on a nicer day.
The people in our tour group could not have been nicer, and we enjoyed our trip back to our hotel with two other couples who were lovely to chat with. Drop off was back at our hotel as well. In summary, a great experience and I recommend.

Great tour guide and convenient travel. However guide did not give us our tickets for Trianon pass and we had to pay double despite it being included in the package so be sure to ask for this before the guide leaves

The van ride was very comfortable the driver courteous and our tour guide Isabella was very knowledgeable. And could answer all of the questions and gave us pertinent information. We could hear very well on the headphones too. There was a lot to see ! After the tour we had time to see the gardens and imagine all of the work that went into the upkeep of the palace etc.
