The fact that the guy bought our tickets and left us at the gate. This was supposed to be a guided tour and we had no guide just somebody that buys tickets. Throw a couple facts to us while we waited in line to get our tickets.
No Tour Guide or Tickets!

The tour guide was no where to be seen with the tickets and no other guides knew where they were, despite trying to call them and messaging them, so no tour of the Eiffel Tower, we requested a refund! - I should have read the other reviews!!!
Don't book withvrhis group there was no guide.

Do not book with this group. There was no guide and a 3rd party seller was impossible to reach with no instructions on how to get the tickets. The only instructions where to contact the guide 24 hours ahead of the tour - which we did through the app. No one got back to me and we almost missed our entry time. The lack of communication was horrible. Do yourself a favor and buy direct from the official Eiffel tower website.

I was in Paris, nine months ago and booked this tour and it was a completely different experience!!
Although our guide was very nice, he did not have access to actually take us to the first or second floor of the Eiffel Tower. The tour was advertised as a guided tour of the Eiffel Tower with second-floor access.
When we arrived, we met our guide Hustead us underneath the center of the tower, and gave us a brief history…. Then leading us to the elevator, and informing us that he didn’t have access to go with us.
The whole purpose of booking, a guided tour was to provide my mom and aunt, with his much knowledge about the amazing city of Paris as possible. Nine months ago when I took this tour guide, took us to each level and gave us interesting history points about what we were seeing around us.
Unfortunately, I feel that this tour was misrepresented and my mother and aunt paid the price for a guided tour and we wound up using Google to try and figure out the view and history on our own!
Very disappointed and don’t recommend this tour!

Sibi was an excellent guide and we enjoyed speaking with him. He reached out to us, met us easily, and got us through the process easily. I rate it 3 stars because I thought this included Sibi coming with us to the 2nd floor with some more commentary. But overall a good experience!
