Chateaux and town of blois. Excellent. However we were instructed to be at a certain place at a certain time (or you might be left) but bus driver was 5 minutes late to Blois pickup. Otherwise no negative comments. Well worth it!!!
Must do tour

My daughter and I had a wonderful time on this tour. The guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She told interesting stories that gave us a historical context for the castles and the region we were visiting. She also knew when to give us some down time and would refrain from talking. The castles were magnificent, and despite the rain, Bloir was a fun town and we had a delicious lunch. Capping the day off with a wine tasting was a great way to end the day. The driver got us back to Paris in good time even though it was rush hour. I highly recommend this tour.
Amazing trips to visit these castles

Well, really not sure how to review this one because it never happened. After a 40 Euro cab ride from our hotel (to ensure we weren't late - always leave extra travel time is a good rule, no?!) and standing on a street corner in the cold and dark (at the entrance to the Paris Catacombs, no less - fairly creepy) the tour guide showed up and said the bus was going to be half an hour late. She blamed Paris traffic (like that's a new thing). After a full hour with no bus in sight, the guide updated us and said it would be another half hour or so (obviously optimistic) and said the tour would be cut short and we would skip the town of Blois. But there was no offer of a partial refund for the shortened trip. They also said we could cancel , since the rule was an hour late on their part allowed a full refund. My wife and I decided to bail and spend our time elsewhere (Paris obviously has lots of options). The guide cancelled our tour on her phone so they know we did not take tit, but it's been a week and we still haven't received the refund. Also - we had some questions before we even took the tour (would the bus have a bathroom? It's a 13 hour trip through the countryside. Lunch was not included, but were there actually places to eat when we got to these locations? Would there be time for dinner, or would we need to find something after we got back? Scheduled return time was 8:30 p.m., which was fine either way but again - it wasn't clear). All we were able to get from the tour company on the phone prior was that they make a pit stop for facilities 20 minutes outside of Paris. So an unfulfilling experience for sure. Will probably choose a different option when we return to Paris the next time. Our cab driver to the airport gave us some good ideas.
An excellent & enjoyable day trip.

The Loire river and the scenery. Castle gardens were amazing. Tour guide explained the history and knew the area well.
