Fabulous experience of Paris by night

Excellent food service and atmosphere. Could have done with the entry process being clearer for foreign tourists. One queue to another seemed a little excessive. If we’d known the numbers we would have given it more time than the tickets indicated. All good, would just make the experience less stressful.

The view was fantastic. The food was awful. The sauces were not tasty and my wife’s lobster was undercooked. The couple next to us did not like any of it. I mentioned that I was gluten intolerant when booking and they didn’t make any adjustments for the meal or desert. Would have been better off getting a hot dog and sitting next to the vendors outside the restaurant. I guess the reviews I read about the bad food were correct. My fault 😬
Was good apart from lift breaking down and was no one helping us down in the slippery rain upset us that did

The lift breaking breaking down was horrible and we didn't not enjoy that we had no help off staff and stairs were slippery and my partner has a phobia of stairs at a height and no intructions from staff but other than that is was good

We enjoyed our dinner and the Eiffel Tower. It was well done. Food and service was excellent. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed the view and meeting people near us.
