So we were very disappointed with this excursion. The directions were to meet at the queens house which is no longer now kings house. Also the kings house is not outside but rather inside the Tower of London. Unfortunately because of lack of direction we were unable to join the tour and had to do the tower on our own. I have signed up for many Viator tours and this is the first time I have been disappointed.
Miserable, cold, rainy night; could not reschedule or lose our money.

It was a miserable, cold, rainy night. The visibility was terrible. We were told that the Eiffel Tower never closes except in extreme conditions. We could not re-schedule for another time. It was either forfeit a large sum of money or endure miserable weather. The tour was brief. It was not worth the large cost of the trip. I would not use Trip Advisor again.
