Jenny and Sherry were amazing hosts! The whole class was organized and fun from start to finish. I would highly recommend this class for anyone looking to take a pasta making class while in Rome!

Honestly, I went to the colliseum & Vatican…and althoughhhhh those were amazing. I had so much fun here with my SO. Highly recommend !! Benjamin was great.

Highly recommend! It is right next to Hotel Seventy-Seven, and the group was small enough that all of us were chatting throughout. We made an aperol, campari, and limoncello spritz, and the spritzes kept flowing while making the pasta.
There was music, dancing, and it was easily the highlight of our trip! They also sent out recipes after, took pictures throughout and sent them to us, and gave us an incredible list of recommendations for things to do (the chef also gave us a great recommendation for a local bar after which was much appreciated!)
There is a vegetarian option (cacio e pepe), and the chef was incredibly considerate about keeping the meat dish and veg one separate in case of splashing.
After cooking we followed up with shots of limoncello - it was truly a wonderful experience and I can't recommend it enough
