Boarding begins at 11:30AM for prompt departure at 11:45AM.

Beautiful journey with good food

The journey, the service and the food were good. We also thought it was great that there was a tour guide after the meal.
Our only complaint is that as such a large group we were only allocated the worse tables. It would have been great if we, as the highest payers, had been given the more desirable tables.
Ignorant, arrogant staff

We arrived on time and was directed to a gang plank with an up-and-down path, we followed the instructions and went down the path that said entry not the path that said NO Entry only to be greeted at the bottom by disgruntled member of staff who was rude and aggressive because we simply followed thesigns.
Bearing in mind, the two parts were only separated a retractable band, which meant we could simply go under this to be in the parth he wanted us to be in .
I smiled and made light of the fact that we had followed the signs that said entry and not the side that said No entry . Unfortunately, the ignorant rude arrogant member of staff who is front of house continued with his poor attitude and arrogance, and when challenged about his customer service told me to turn around and not face him, witnessed by other customers, who were also made to feel uncomfortable when they made the same mistake.
Not a good start to the day out and not sort of attitude I expect perhaps they should look at their signage for the member of staff , I would not recommend this cruise because of the attitude I will be taking this up with the company.
Accessible lunch cruise with great food

Great large glass window boat allowing fabulous views of the River Thames with dining at water level and steps up to roof top seating outside for better views. Delicious food which was far better than expected. Wheelchair accessible throughout dining floor including accessible toilets. The person does need to have a folding wheelchair and be able to walk onto the actual boat with assistance.

very enjoyable river cruise, the captain was great with his commentary, very funny in places. the food was amazing, the only criticism I have was not knowing the menu before hand but luckily the food was superb. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
