Seeing Buckingham Palace and the changing of the guards was great! Our guide, Norma, was very intuitive to where we needed to be at the rights times. She clearly knows her history about the royals. We also enjoyed seeing the royal jewels
Overall Very Disappointed

Very disappointed with the tour. The itinerary does not include the durations of the bus ride leading you to believe the tour will be much shorter than it is. We were most excited about the changing of the guard, when we got there we had great spots to watch but the tour guide called us back to the bus as he was under the impression “nothing was going to happen” so we barely saw anything from the view from the bus as it drove away. We checked with the tour guide if we would have time to make it to our next tour at the Churchill war room to which he responded we will be fine and in reality we were not even close to making it. The guide was chewing on gum the entire time which we could hear through our headphones non stop. He continuously pointed out stores on the side of the road, I don’t need to know there is a Michelin tire store in this part of London. The only part of the tour we really needed a guide was the London tower and he said he wasn’t allowed to give us a tour through there. The most information the guide gave us was on the tipping procedure for the end of the tour. Just a disaster honestly, it would have only been worse if they drove the bus into the Thames.
Great tour, good value

Tour was great. David was an excellent guide. My only issue is that the bus dropped us off too early at the Tower of London and we had to carry our stuff with us from 3pm and onwards. I had expected to stay on the bus the entire tour through the end.
None better!

Ruth and Idiris were fantastic! Their knowledge and expertise were immeasurable and made all the difference. We could see other yours with people shouting and jostling; Ruth knew right where to go and when yo go. The headset made all the difference.
Great tour with informative guide.

Maria was a very knowledgeable guide whose commentary enhanced our tour. We were disappointed that the changing of the Guard was hampered by cold drizzling weather. We stood with hundreds of other tourists to see the spectacle, only to see the Gherkers. We spent a lot of time at the Tower of London, which enabled us to see the Crown Jewels, and historic artifacts of over 1000 years. The complex of buildings and exhibits there is so massive that we returned the next day. This ticket also included a boat ride on the Thames, which took about 30 minutes to Greenwich. The visit to St. Paul's Cathedral did not happen because the King was involved in a conference there that day.
