Airport Pickup

Because it was an airport pick up, there wasn't anything particularly memorable about it. It was very helpful having my name on a placard, & very reassuring since I didn't have internet service in the airport & couldn't pull my reservation up.
Great Service

Arrived in Heathrow after a seven and a half hour journey. After getting through Customs, and having difficulty finding our way to the meeting point, our driver found us, in the midst of an airport jammed with travelers. Very personable! He loaded our suitcases in his van, drove us to our hotel. Talked with my husband and commented on the sites as we passed them. Could not ask for better service! Would ask for him again on our next trip!
