We booked and paid (in full in advance) for this tour to see the christmas lights on our first night in London. My children were very excited as we waited for the cab to collect us from the hotel as arranged. But alas they never arrived. After phoning the help line a few times and getting no response we eventually managed to make contact with them via an online chat. Eventually they said sorry but the tour operator was too busy so they didn't arrive. Very disappointing!! I did receive a full refund but I was very concerned the whole thing was a scam.

Steve was an incredible tour guide and experienced driver. He was so thoughtful with the places he stopped and requests we had and very entertaining. He timed the tour perfectly to get us to the hourly advent display !
