Do NOT use Viator… horrible company. I ran five minutes late and my tour guide left without me… I paid over $70 for literally nothing! I am so upset. This was suppose to be a dream trip to Paris. I even messaged the tour guide before it started to let them know there was a metro issue. Customer service was slow and rude. Book with Airbnb Experiences or Get Your Guide instead. WAY better customer service and not out to take your money like Viator. So disappointing.
Guide was a no show

We paid for a guide for intro to the Mona Lisa and they never showed up and there was no communication. We got the tickets 15 minutes before entry time and then were late getting in since we were waiting on the guide.

Introduction is to a map. Guide was indifferent at best. Walked through pouring rain to join a second group - may as well just waited in the line.

The museum was great but this service was not. We didn’t skip any line. We did not get a guide to the Mona Lisa.

Skip the line is a euphemism for waiting in line to enter. The guide was late (traffic problems), and after getting us in the door, gave us directions to the Mona Lisa, did not guide us. We would have had the same experience going on our own and would have gotten in earlier
