When to Visit

Spring (April to mid-June) and fall (September to November) offer mild weather and fewer crowds. Summer brings vibrant outdoor events but also throngs of tourists. Winter, while chilly, transforms Paris into a magical wonderland, especially during the festive season.

Must-See Attractions

1. Eiffel Tower: Book your tickets in advance to avoid long queues. For a unique experience, consider dining at Madame Brasserie, the tower's chic restaurant.

2. Louvre Museum: Home to the Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo. Pro tip: Enter through the less crowded Porte des Lions entrance.

3. Notre-Dame Cathedral: While closed for renovation, you can still admire its Gothic façade and learn about its restoration at the Notre-Dame reconstruction project website.

4. Montmartre: Climb the steps to Sacré-Cœur for panoramic city views, then explore the charming streets where artists like Picasso once lived.

Hidden Gems

1. Musée Carnavalet: Recently renovated, this free museum offers a fascinating journey through Parisian history.

2. Parc des Buttes-Chaumont: A local favorite, this park boasts dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, and a Temple de la Sibylle overlooking the city.

3. Le Marais: Wander through this historic district's narrow streets, filled with trendy boutiques, galleries, and excellent falafel stands.

Wonderful show, they do it so well, just make sure you know what you are going to see and if you will enjoy that. I loved my experience and thought it was a well run, slick operation.

Booked this trip online from UK a couple of weeks before attending the Crazy Horse show on 18 October at 11:30pm. We were really excited to see the performance as we have seen Moulin Rouge so thought we’d try something different. We could have purchased a €70 each ticket or upgrade to €139 knowing no food or drinks was included, so we upgraded to €139 expecting to get better viewing seats How wrong were we, we were told by the Usher that there was no difference in seating, everyone who does not buy a package gets the €70 seats with limited view. When l challenged the Usher he blatantly told us to leave if we didn’t like it and was very rude and in my face. The show was different and dancers were very good but our experience was not in any way worth €268. The Crazy Horse Theatre are taking money off people under false pretences at booking sales. Shame on you!!
Stunning!

This beat all our expectations. It was classy, elegant, sexy and also really funny at times, with some slapstick comedy, too! You can't explain the lighting - you just have to see it for yourself, it was beautiful choreographed and SO artistic. We had the champagne and it was a lovely touch that it was all set up as we walked in to the lounge - really comfy seats, we really had the best time, thank you!
