Nicolas is engaging, funny, and of course has forgotten more about wine than I will ever learn. The wines he chose were superb and were paired with cheeses from the same region. This experience was not only the highlight of my trip, it was one of the best bookings I have ever done on the Viator platform in 10+years.

This is a wonderful wine education event, not just wine tasting. Niko has a host of knowledge from his role as a sommellier. We learnt more in the first five minutes than in any other wine tasting tour we have done. Highly recommended. We learnt everything from how to taste a wine to how to prepare a wine, and along the way learnt the history and provenance of many wines. Most important of all, only eat your cheese with bread and never ever crackers.
Fun wine tasting and cheese pairing

Good explanation that goes with the wine tasting. You learn a lot about the basics, regions and history of the regions. Enjoyed it. Cheese pairing with the wine compliments nicely. Wines cater to the tastes of the group.
Extraordinary wine experience ❤️
