When this occurs, we will provide guests with an appropriate alternative if the museum opening time is delayed more than 1h from the tour starting time. In these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts. Appropriate dress is required for entry into some sites on this tour. No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access. Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this cases your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies. Some collections may vary along the year.

Amazing tour! Our tour guide, Joseph, was amazing, very entertaining and informative. Me and my family loved it. We learned a lot about the history of every art work and the tour guide made it overall a very fun experience. First time in Paris and definitely the best.

Great introduction to the Louvre

The Louvre is absolutely overwhelming space-wise and the sheer volume of art! Erlon did an excellent job creating what felt like comprehensive bite size pieces that fit into 2.5 hours! Saw many highlights and while he was talking we were able to look at other pieces in the galleries which was great. Love the use of headsets! Erlon’s English is very clear and he’s clearly knowledgeable. At times it felt rushed but honestly, to see as much as we did, it had to be. Great introduction to the Louvre!
