Fun trip

Fun dinner cruise. Ate dinner next door at the restaurant and then boarded the boat. It was great seeing the Eiffel Tower all lit up.

We chose this dinner and cruise because we didn’t want to pay for the more expensive ones that served the dinner during the cruise. It turns out that would probably have been better. The dinner was kind of hurried and the food was straightforward, nothing special. It tasted okay except for my steak. I chose to pay €10.50 extra for the steak and it was the worst cut of beef I have ever been served. It had so much nerve and gristle I couldn’t chew it. Couldn’t cut around and find anything chewable. I complained. They offered another steak but by that time everyone else had finished eating so I declined it. They still charged me for the higher cost meal. The cruise was a cattle car with no guide. There was an online guide but you had to use your smartphone and I couldn’t get it to come out on my iPhone.
Line was almost 2 hours long

This was a really horrible experience. We purchased a 6pm cruise turns out it's an all day cruise with no time and anyone can line up at anytime so we got there before 6pm but ended up in line for almost 2 HOURS. Yes, 2 hours. The worst part is we could barely see anything at night since the ship windows had a glare. We mostly saw what was happening on the other side of the cruise. This was so disappointing. Save your money.

Not Recommended! Dinner is in a restaurant NOT on cruise, instead was in the fixed restaurant next to the cruise. The online purchase did NOT include the cruise tickets. Instead they had to be picked up from restaurant! Getting the cruise ticket from restaurant was confusing and exhausting! The meal was not pleasant at all! The staff were overwhelmed and overworked and seemed tired but tried their best to do their jobs.
Meal was good, but very slow. Dessert was 1 hour after dinner.

This one is a bit tricky. It’s dinner on a boat for sure, but it’s not a dinner boat cruise. You get tickets for a cruise after dinner then you line-up for a cruise down the way on a different boat. The ad is not misleading its a cruise and dinner, not a “dinner cruise”. Also caution the items on the menu have up charges / surcharges for example the steak is an additional 10 euros. Also as unbelievable as it may sound, after dinner coffee is extra.
