Sample wine and cheese from across France, and enjoy personal attention from the instructor on this small-group tour, limited to twelve people.

Paolo was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed the class, the menu was delicious, and we learned so much about French cooking. An added bonus was Paolo and his crew’s hospitality and congenial attitude. The fabulous food was secondly to the memorable conversations we had. Thank you, Paolo!

This was a wonderful experience in Paris for my family. My teens (age 13 and 17) even enjoyed it. Paolo was an excellent chef and teacher, and the dinner was delicious. We loved getting to know the others in our group. A great way to spend an evening in Paris!

I opted in for the cooking class with the market visit option. The market tour was great and got some great context for food availability and knowledge on all the cheeses.
The class itself was more than I expected. We got to make a three course dinner with basically everything made from scratch. I got more out of it than I would have expected - well worth the experience.

We had a fabulous time with Luc as our chef. Going to the market for shopping first a must to learn more about quality and sourcing of all manner of food- fish, cheese, veggies!! Fun spot. The meal was amazing - so much delicious food for a three course meal. The venue was was great - kitchen equipped with everything imaginable to cook an exquisite meal.
Loved Chef Luc. So Knowledgeable with 20 years experience around the globe, great sense of humor too
Can't wait to try the recipes at home
Would definitely do it again!!!
