- Upgrade Option - Clients that chose the 'Upgrade Option with Summit Tickets': After arriving at the second floor, you will have free time to take the elevator up to the summit (3rd level) for the best panoramic views Paris has to offer. Please note that access to the summit is subject to availability upon arrival.
- For operating reasons or capacity control in addition to weather, the summit may not be accessible. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5-10 days. The refund will be processed automatically, so there is no need to contact Viator.
- We will do everything within our control to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we sometimes experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets. In peak months (April to October), school holidays and on weekends, please expect a minimum wait time of 30mn at the first security check and 45mn at the ticket desk line. In low season (November to March outside school holidays and weekends), please expect a minimum wait time of 15mn at the first security check and 30mn at the ticket desk line.

The best tour guide ever. Hendricks Stephen. Highly recommended. He explained everything very well. He even showed us pictures in his computer. The best of the best
Not worth it.

Not at all worth the money. First the guide showed up late on what was a very cold morning standing outside with our kids waiting for him. As others have noted even with the tour you have to stand in line to buy tickets. The guide gave us about a 5 minute talk prior to heading up to floor 1. Once on floor 1 we and others in our group could not find the guide. Eventually he was located having breakfast in the cafe. He then gave us another 5 minute talk prior to ascending to the 2nd level. On the 2nd level again we could not find him. Once we did he told us his part of the tour was over and that we take the lift to the top on our own. All in all we spent more time waiting for and locating the guide then he spent actually providing us with history, etc.

We did a climbing tour with Sankalp. He is a nice guide. We like the history and the view of Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend it.
