- Luggage Allowance: You're restricted to 14kg (31lbs) of luggage per person on our tours. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag (approximately 55cm x 45cm x 25cm / 22in x 17in x 10in) plus a small bag for onboard personal items.
- Staffa Boat Trip - You may choose to join a boat trip to Staffa this departs at 1.45pm and returns at 5pm. If you want to visit this attraction, please purchase your ticket whilst on tour.
- Iona Abbey – You have free time on Iona between 12:30pm and 16:30pm. If you'd like to visit the Abbey, we recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment, using the link on your voucher.
- In order to retain the integrity of the tour and try to ensure that all our customers have the best possible experience, we do cap bookings from any one party to 8 passengers.
- B&Bs tend to be located on the outskirts of towns and you should be prepared for a 20-30 minute walk to local facilities like pubs and restaurants. If you have difficulty with stairs, please mention it to us as lifts will not be available in this type of property.
- Hotels usually have a relatively central location but may be up to a 20-30 minute walk from local facilities. If you have difficulty with stairs, please let us know so that we can either book a ground floor room or a hotel with lift access, if available.
- *Please note that Staffa Trips are unable to run boat trips to Staffa for the remainder of 2024 due to inclement weather. This means that unfortunately, tours departing in 2024 will be unable to visit Staffa and Fingal's Cave. We apologies for the inconvenience.

Perfect 3 day tour

I was traveling alone. Our group was small so easily made friends for life. Our tour guide Nick was amazing! He knew so much about everything and he was very funny. He gave us good tips where to go and eat. Really liked how he made us feel so comfortable during the trip. The tour was so great, could've easily stayed longer on Isle of Mull and Iona. Staffa tour was also great. We saw a lot of dolphins. I let Rabbie's tour book the accomodation. Drimnin View was great. The room was big and breakfast was excellent. I will definitely book another tour with Rabbie's.

Allistar was an excellent tour guide. He's an excellent driver. Unfortunately, the weather caused havoc on the tour. The ferries to Iona and Staffa were canceled due to bad weather conditions. I am so impressed with Allistar's professionalism as he strived to give our group an interesting tour even though the main aspects of the tour wasn't available. We did get to see the Abbey on Iona in the distance through the driving sheets of rain. On the last day the weather continued to play havoc as both roads to Kilmartin Glen was closed . However, Allistar persevered and the military road opened after lunch, with a convoy leading the way. The archeological sites in Kilmartin Glen were wonderful. Hats off to a terrific tour guide!!!
No Refund for Covid positive

I tested positive for Covid in Paris a few days before our scheduled trip out of Glasgow, and the tour operator wouldn’t do a thing to reduce the fees for my wife and friends. They pocketed $2600 and had time to rebook our slots.

Well planned itinerary, great driver-guide in small bus. Wonderful scenery. Iona a high point. We loved having plenty of time there to look around. we really enjoyed the whole thing.

Myself, husband, sister & bro-in-law done the three day Isle of Mull & Iona trip from Glasgow on 5th July. From start to finish it was absolutely fantastic, the scenery was amazing and our fellow passengers were very friendly. What made this trip really special was our guide/driver Bobbie. His depth of knowledge was honestly mind blowing, it was clear he had done a high level of research. He had a great sense of humour, was kind and helpful to us all while remaining polite and professional. He got us organised with ferry tickets, luggage, pick-ups and drop-offs, the whole trip was seemless. Thanks a million Bobbie.
