Disappointing experience

We were informed that the speedboat was not available and that a different boat was being used for the ride. The seating was uncomfortable and we lost out on the speedboat experience. The guide was not well versed in English and just pointed and mentioned the name of the different landmarks. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

This was a really fun experience, bouncy and splashing speed boat experience, not for the faint hearted, old or toddlers. We had a mix of kids with us, 9, 11 and 13. All of us had a fab time, we did get wet as we choose the seats at the front

Initially after finding the spot the organiser told me trip was cancelled coz other participants dint turn up n told she would reschedule for me. But fortunately a couple turned up and we were just 3 in our boat... It was a fun ride way better than cruising through yachts... You get to njoy photography n much better videography speeding through. Idk why anyone would miss this activity... Lucky I dint have to come back for it and I could do it that day coz it was totally worth it!

Great trip , interesting and fun in equal measure , fascinating to see scale of The Palm from the water and key landmarks , crew very friendly , expert picture takers and kept us hydrated with lots of water … highly recommend! Great value
