Pedal on The Appian Way the queen of the long roads, with a full suspension E-mountain bike or a conformable E-bike!
Today the Appian Way is a magnificent Natural Park, rich of monuments and treasures, an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, discover it!
We will start with a stop to visit the mysterious Catacombs and we will follow the Appian Way passing by ruins as the Villa of Maxentius and the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella.
Then we will discover the Park of the Aqueducts and its wonderful remnants…A spectacular atmosphere in one of the most beautiful park in Rome!!!
Next stop to taste typical roman dishes and relax in nature in the heart of the Eternal City before departing for one last immersion in nature.

- The bikes are equipped with a flask that you can refill at the many fountains we'll encounter along the way.

- In the days of Christmas , Easter and 1st of January the catacombs are closed.
- On Wednesdays the Catacombs of Saint Callixtus are closed, so we go to the Catacombs of Saint Sebastian
- To partecipate to the tour you need good cycling experience.
- The food stop can change due to holidays or special events.
- Not accessible for children under 12 years

My husband and I loved this trip! A great morning out in the fresh air of the Roman countryside. The information shared by Leo was appreciated and the 40 minute tour of the catacombs was a nice break halfway through the biking. We would book again even!
Be comfortable on a bike. The large cobblestone path (although a brief portion of the trail) was difficult for some of our party, one had a minor accident but first aid was given by Leo. It’s not dangerous by any stretch but your biking confidence is needed.

Our guide was very knowledgable about all the sites she showed us. She spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend this tour as a way of seeing another side to Rome you may not be aware of. Beautiful scenery and a chance to see the countryside even though you are only 20 minutes from the Colosseum.

What a great fun filled experience. Duarte, our guide, was so entertaining and knowledgeable. We were immediately at ease when we had to do a mandatory safety check first. So fun to see another side of Rome. We recommended this experience to everyone we met on the rest of our trip.

My wife and I had an absolute blast on this tour. We took the afternoon tour and to see the sun set on Rome and enter back into the core of the city at night was magical. Our guides were amazing! You see the true Rome on this tour, from local farms and restaurants to parks and the aqueducts!

I had a great time on this tour! The e-bike was lots of fun to ride and the path we take is absolutely stunning. Our tour guide Sylvia was amazing. She was informative, fun, and kind. She made us all feel safe while driving the e-bike.
