Easy to see the Sights

Day 1 - Red line ran smoothly . Buses all arrived in time & the itinerary was good. Highlights of the line for us were the gold & spice souk along with the douw cruise . The pizzas provided on the cruise were very good . We were not expecting much so we’re very surprised at how nice they were. Strongly recommend the cruise. Was very interesting the integration of old & new Dubai.
Day 2 - Blue line . Not as enjoyable . Spent most of the day travelling to the stops we wanted . The buses were running late towards the end so a good 2 hours wasted waiting for the bus . We were not that impressed. Aquarium visit good at Atlantis.
Would definitely recommend the redline.

We had a 2 day pass and did the Blue line first which was a good sightseeing trip and not too much walking. Next day did the Red Line and saw so many sights only downside was at The Frame the bus stop is a long way from the entrance so walking in the heat was hard. The dhow cruise was a cool thing to do as well.

Pro tip: ride the hop on hop off bus, but don’t buy the ticket ahead of time online.
This bus gave a great overview of the old city with good audio explanations. It’s a good tour for your first day in town when you are tired and jetlagged. I enjoyed the loop through new Dubai less, because the audio felt like one long infomercial. I actually turned it off.
Pro tip: Buy your ticket at the kiosk. It took me an hour to find the spot to redeem my online purchase for a ticket.
Pro tip: Dhow rides end at 4 o’clock. Start the bus before 1 PM so that you are not too late for the boat.

Big bus Dubai is one of the best big buses I have been on and I have been on a few around the world. You get quit a lot for your ticket ( 5 day pass) many free admissions to popular attractions and unlimited soft drinks and pizza on the creek Dhow cruise and the dessert sunset was great too with camel riding and a lot of photo opps. Also getting to use the hop on and off as away to travel and save money on transportation were possible.

Very good value for money. Absolutely worth doing. Desert sunset trip was included, which was a nice bonus. Also a boat trip with as much pizza to eat and you like and softdrinks included in the hop on hop off ticket
