- You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
- Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays
- Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new time slot… a new time slot closest to your initially requested time subject to availability”

I loved it. I went at the 11am one and there was no line. The views were great. You’re able to use the tickets to go to the aquarium any time of the day so we had time to get food before we went. The aquarium was good too. Loved it. Thank you.

Great afternoon / evening. The aquarium is amazing, lots of variety and great viewing options.
The view from the Burj Khalifa at night is great. One tip would be to purchase fast track tickets, as the queues to get up and down can be long.

Everything is really well organised and the views from the Burj are amazing and shouldnt be missed. Seeing the city expanding into the desert is amazing. The staff at the aquarium are very knowledgeable and helpful so you can make the most of the experience.

Excellent enjoyed the view from the observation deck. However we really enjoyed the aquarium and dived with the sharks, first time SCUBA.
