Disneyland® Paris Express Shuttle With Admission Ticket From Central Paris

I booked my Disneyland Paris tickets four months in advance, along with the Magic Ways shuttle service directly through the Disney website. Unfortunately, what I didn’t realize at the time was that Magic Ways is not managed by Disney—it's a separate company that sells their services on the Disney website. On the day of our visit, we arrived at the designated pickup spot 10 minutes before the scheduled time, but the shuttle was nowhere to be found. As I later discovered from other reviews, the Google Maps pin provided for the pickup location was incorrect. I would have contacted the service for assistance, but there was no live chat or WhatsApp option available—only a phone number. As I was traveling from Mexico and using a European SIM card, I could only send messages or texts, not make calls. After seeing the shuttle drive by (already leaving), we had no choice but to take the RER train to Disneyland. We decided we would try to take the shuttle back to Paris after our day at the park. After a wonderful time at Disneyland, we left the parks an hour early to ensure we’d find the bus. According to the confirmation email, the pickup point was at the coach parking area. Once again, no sign of the bus and no one to assist us. We spent the entire hour walking around trying to find the shuttle, but to no avail. We ended up taking the RER back to Paris. The following day, I contacted Magic Ways via email to request a refund. Their response was a flat-out refusal. They claimed I should have contacted them by phone (which I couldn’t do for reasons explained) or email (which was not included in the confirmation, and I had to search for it on their website later). In the end, I paid over 240 euros for a shuttle service we couldn’t use due to poor communication and unclear directions. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid Magic Ways shuttle service. I plan to submit this complaint everywhere possible to warn others about this issue.

The shuttle no-showed! I was panicked because we were there 15 minutes early. We went to the address shown on the voucher and nothing. We went to an alternate address that we saw online, and there was no shuttle. We ended up taking a n uber, and that was totally fine. We went straight to customer service and the rep said it had also happened the week prior. I couldn't believe that Disney would do something like this.

We had a fabulous time once we got to Disneyland, the problem was the bus! Over an hour late and making a second stop which made us late even more. We eventually made it to Disneyland at 10.45am. There was no customer service, no apology and to be honest I really dont think they even cared. I would recommend either catching the train or getting an Uber. Don't waste your precious and money time on this bus service because it is crap!

Amazing day trip to Disneyland. Great to have transport to and from city centre to the park. Unfortunately the bus was an hour late, understandably there was a lot of traffic in the city centre but would have thought as they do this journey regularly they would have scheduled this in. Regardless of the delay in the morning we still have plenty of time at the parks and had a great day.

I am awaiting confirmation on my refund!! I would like to be compensated at your earliest convenience!
