You need to have closed toe shoes and there was nothing in the notes about that. They will try to sell you some if you don’t have them. They were rude and snobby. They tour was okay but not worth the money

I wish more was included. It was pretty basic. It was also difficult to get a taxi back from where the tour ended.
Awful tour run by an awful company - Do Not use Royal Smart Tourism

We booked this tour on the 20th May on Viator website - we booked for 16.00 10th June - somehow their system set the date as 20th May not 10th June so when we turned up they said our tickets had expired and we had to pay again. We explained what had happened and they were totally uninterested and extremely rude. This was the tour operator Royal Smart Tourism. Even the man on reception at the Burj Al Arab was astounded by it. We had to pay again - another £250 for 4 people. I was so annoyed and dissappointed. Then having had to pay twice we went on the tour and to make matters worse it actually was really awful. Do not waste your money. Just visit the hotel yourself directly. Book Skyview or Sal and you can see far more than on this tour. There are much better and cheaper ways to see the Burj Al Arab. Do that rather than give any money to these crooks.

My daughter & I did the tour with food & drinks after in the Uma lounge. The tour was ok but when we arrived for our food at 8.45 we were informed the bar was closing at 9 so no further drinks orders would be allowed, the assistant then started to remove all of the lights from the tables and the music was switched off whilst we were eating in fact we had to ask for the music to be switched back on. It was clearly evident that the staff were shutting everything down before our food had even arrived.
If the venue closes at 9pm then the Burj should not have reserved a table for us at 9pm. We paid for an experience & the only experience we had was disappointment. We asked to speak to a manager but no one was available. We were told by the bar manager (Hansel) that someone would call us but we have had no contact from the Burj despite leaving our details. This might be advertised as a 7 star hotel but there is a distinct lack of customer care. For a hotel of this standard I expected far more and would not recommend eating at this venue.
