I dont normally do this but felt I had no other option. I do not recommend this tour. To start, even though I did the Book and Pay Later option, they charged my card 1 day after I booked the tour, if I tried to cancel it I would have lost the tour becuase it was then sold out. My family and I had an 11:15 reservation, took a 7am Eurostar Train into Paris to get the tour. train arrived on and got into a cab but due to unforseen issues with traffic arrived at 11:18am at there door step they werent willing to get us into the tour we booked. Said they couldnt do anything with a refund but could contact Viator to get the refund. I contacted Viator and they threw it back onto the the tour company and denied the refund. I strongly recommend not working with this company as they clearly arent in the business of taking care of their customers.

Everything was great. Easy to meet up with the guide, short walk to the tower. Well worth it, the lines @ the tower were very long. Our guide Gonzalo was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience with it all. Thank you!

Our guide was outstanding. Good English and easy to understand. He gave us great information. We really enjoyed the views from the top of the tower.

The Eiffel Tower is amazing, but unfortunately, instead of the taxi supposedly taking 30 minutes to get there, it took an hour and 20 minutes and we missed the tour by 5 minutes. We were so disappointed. If you book this tour, go by subway or give yourself 2 hours to get there from mid Paris.
Tour guide is a no show. They’ll refund the money but the line in buying the tickets was soo long. We ended up not going

We have booked a 4:15 pm schedule but the tour guide never showed up to give us the tickets. It completely ruined our plan.
