Our tour of the Eiffel Tower summit was a highlight of our trip! From the start, the tour was well-organized, and our guide made us feel welcome and informed. I was very disappointed in your tour. I was lead to believe we would be hearing about the Eiffel Tower facts and history. Nothing was said about anything . There was absolutely no conversation. Then to top it off, our guide ditched us. He put us on an elevator to go to the top and we never saw him again. We had to fend for ourselves. It was pouring rain and I did like seeing the Eiffel Tower but it was not as advertised. I was not happy.
