- The Eiffel Tower has the right to cancel part of this tour (access to the 2nd floor or access to the top floor) in case of bad weather conditions or technical problems. (Then a partial refund will be provided).
- Not allowed: Luggage or large bags, Non-folding strollers, Glass objects
- For Youth (12-17 years old), the proof of age is required.
- Children 0-11 years old, must be accompanied by an individual who is at least 18 years of age.
- We advise you to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for security checks at the entrance (any) to the site. Arrive at the time indicated on your ticket on the esplanade at the Eiffel Tower in front of one of the " visitors with tickets ".
- Spend unlimited time at the Eiffel Tower (subjected to the opening hours).
- No refunds / re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour commencement or departure.

amazing family day in Paris with visiting Eiffel tower with thsi copmany was unforgettable! Worth to come here with kids, definitely would come back in future! Skip the queue worked, we saved lot of time.

When arriving there is no signs to say which que you should be in so we asked and got directed to the far left booth where we went through but we had to walk up to the first & second floor as they must of put us in the wrong section to use the lift that we had payed for in our ticket ! Besides walking lots of steps to the top we really enjoyed the Eiffel Tower we had such a perfect good by clear day we could see for miles then went to the summit which was fantastic!

This tour was absolutely perfect and our family had special celebration at the Eiffel tower! We reserved a lunch , then we started the Eiffel tower tour here with audio guide. The whole tour was good, easy to reach Eiffel tower, we had to pass security check then the ride to the summit and view from the top floor was stunning ! Appreciate all whats app pre-tour info and advice.

There were no memorable parts. I bought tickets on line from Viator to skip the line/que. we had to wait in line. There were about 100 people on line for security. And then when we got to the second floor there were about 400 people on line. There was no security or anybody to help us. My niece had to jump over 2 LOCKED rails to get someone to help us who could care less about the customers. After I told him I could not wait any longer due to an injured knee that I would wind up in the hospital if he didn’t unlock the gate. I purchased tickets to skip the que!!!!! Not to wait in line with 400 people!! They’re trying to tell me that my reservation was to skip the que to buy tickets. I bought the tickets on line. I didn’t need to wait in line to buy tickets. There was no line to buy tickets. So Viator is lying about reservations and what to expect.
