Eiffel tower experience was brilliant! This company provided very good service for us. nothing else needed to say. Recommended! Tickets received 7 days in advance!

Finding meeting point was difficult at best! Once we found the meeting location there was no one there to guide us or assist with questions. Never was able to get the audio tour as payed for. Another Viator screw up!! How ever once in the Eiffel Tower it was spectacular!!

Once we found someone who spoke English it was great . Tour was 9:30 started close to time . Fortunately the sun was out and the view was spectacular.

The Tower is excellent.
There was no queue for tickets, but there were multiple queues for elevators. The audio guide did not work as expected.
If you’re comfortable touring without any guide, it’s a wonderful experience.
