Find A Hidden Glen In Scotland’s Woods

Glasgow
Tour Rating 4.8
Description
We'll embark upon a journey whereby we get you to a mystical place, where we'll delve deep into forrest, enjoying the song of the birds and the gushing sound of the gorge underneath us, walk along the gorge, looking down at the amazing waterfalls and taking pictures of it. Then we will get to an ancient staircase, where we need to climb down, using the ropes alongside the stairs and once we get to the bottom, we'll gaze upon an amazing gorge between the rocks covered with moss, crystal clear water, cold as ice, but a place looking like a haunted scenery out a fairy tale. This is Finnich Glen, that locals thought of being a place of the devils, an isolated and remote looking area, that gives you the chills and excitement in the same time. No wonder this place has been used as a scenery for the Outlander movie.

Beautiful

This was a breathtakingly beautiful experience. The hike was manageable and the views were spectacular
Spectacular location!

The hiking location was spectacular! This is a quick hike. If you want to get to the actual pulpit rock, be prepared to shed your shoes and socks and get in the frigid water with a chance of falling all the way in. I did not. The guide was very descriptive and good. However, he was driving like a bat out of hell. All in all, great very short hike to a spectacular location you wouldn’t be able to find probably on your own.

Ferenc was an awesome guide! Definitely book him if you want to do this hike. Since it is a bit more treacherous it was awesome to have his guidance on the best places to step and how to maneuver down. Very cool red waterfall after a barefoot portion of the hike. Would definitely recommend!
Great half day hike.

We had a great hike at the Devil's Pulpit with a kind, supportive, nature loving and patient guide. Highly recommend to hikers.
Up close and personal with this beautiful natural Glen!

Our guide was so knowledgable and kind! He knew all the tips and tricks to find the best spots in the Glen and how to get amazing photos. He also knew exactly how to safely get through the water to get to the most secluded spots and ensured you could do so safely. It was such a a personal and cool experience and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!!
