Tour was great. They took us from the hotel and left us on Abu Simbel. They contact you by WhatsApp, which is easier to communicate and the price is what is stated on the reservation.
No other hidden costs, just the entrance to Abu Simbel, but that is specified on the reservation.
I will recommend this tour and would make a reservation with them again.

Organization was quite bad. We were told to wait by ferry boats at 4am so they can pick us up. At the end we waited almost an hour, the tour guide Ahmed was saying the whole time: “5min and I’ll be there” but never appeared. The journey was long and when we finally arrived to temple , we were told that we only have 45min for sightseeing! It was not enough ofc due to lots of tourist. After a long discussion Ahmed said that we have around 2hours. This time was barely enough to see everything bcs only waiting in the queue took us 30min. We felt rushed and tried to see everything as fast as possible.
I understand that it was a shared tour but the organization could be better. We didn’t get bottled water as it says in the description.
