versailles was worth it

great tour loved versailles more wished the weather had been a bit better , tour guide was really good
Very disappointed!

I had booked a combined tour to giverny and Versailles. However, I only ended up going to giverny. This was because the tour was to commence at 8 AM. However, owing to some inadvertent delay in my arrival, I reached the bus stop at 8:03 AM. I was astonished to find that the bus had left by then. Moreover, I made a call to the helpdesk of Viator, at 7:50 AM saying that I may get late by 3 to 4 minutes, and that the bus can be requested to wait for me. However, despite my request, the bus had left without me. I then waited on and took the next tour to giverny with the intention that I at least take half the tour. My trip to giverny was memorable, but I lost the entire money that I had paid for the Versailles trip. I am extremely unhappy, not just about losing out the money, but also a lot of hassle that I had to go through because of a delay of exactly 3 minutes. I think there needs to be better coordination as well as some basic human consideration in waiting for five minutes after the scheduled departure time in case someone reaches within those five minutes. I would like Viator to refund me the Versailles trip money, which was completely a waste for me.
Amazing experience.

Tour guide Sam was amazing when we went to Monet’s house and gardens. Tour guide at Versailles let the experience down a bit. Tour could also have been a bit shorter, but overall recommend seeing both of these.
Monet’s Gardens and home are must sees when in the Paris and I highly recommend City Wonders

Sofia projected wonderfully well and gave excellent instructions. She was considerate of an older person, who lagged behind! We loved her!
