Greenock and Glasgow private tour

Hollister was a fabulous guide, explaining Scottish customs and culture. We opted for a tour of the Glasgow Cathedral and Museum of transportation, as well as other sights along the way from Greenock to Glasgow
Disappointing

We have taken 3 Viator tours and once again, this isn’t a true tour, just transportation. We had a private driver who just transported us from place to place. Could hear him and he didn’t have a microphone. Was supposed to have Wi-Fi but didn’t. I will never book another Viator tour and will stick to the cruise ship tours.
