Sinbad Balloon Flights in Dubai provided a fabulous experience from booking onwards.
We were kept fully updated and any queries were answered promptly.
On the day they whole crew looked after us really well and provided a memorable experience. It's just a shame winds were light so we couldn't travel far but that is not the companies fault and did not spoil a fabulous day.

This was a well organised and fun trip . For anyone who is feeling like it might be scary, don't worry. It didn't really feel like we were up high. Just kind of like when you look out of the plane window. I felt more vertigo from walking on the glass floor of Dubai frame
Must Do in Dubai

Waking up early is so necessary bc the heat from the sun added to the heat from the fire to fuel the balloon would be unbearable. The driver picked us up on time and the ride in the truck was comfortable. The meeting location was an old looking desert trailer that looked like a sketchy scene from a movie, but it's fine and we were only there to gather and receive the safety briefing. The team gave great instructions and explanations on everything - how to get into the basket, taking pics while the balloon was being inflated, getting into the basket easily, views to experience, and possible types of landings. Our entire trip was effortless and the captain did an expert landing.
