The absolute highlight of our Dubai trip! Captain Ramy made the adventure unforgettable, effortlessly guiding us through the skies. Celebrating my 30th birthday was made incredibly special with everyone singing happy birthday. The drive in the vintage Land Rovers to a sumptuous breakfast was an added delight. The booking was efficient and easy via TripAdvisor.
The correspondence with the company after booking was timely and clear.
I received emails and WhatsApp messages with details of pick up time etc.
The transfer arrived at the stated time 0350!, it did state take a fleece or jacket because it could be cool in the desert, we didn't need it!
The actual balloon fight was amazing, no other words needed.
The captain was great, he was calm, funny and informative throughout.
A bucket list must do if in Dubai.
Would I recommend, Absolutely yes.
Even our driver took photos which he shared with us all.
The breakfast was first rate 👌
