A great taste of the Loire Valley

We had a great time. The chateau were all amazing. Augustine was a great guide. He gave us lots of information about the region and the history of each chateau. Time at each location is limited, but we fit as much as was possible into a 12 hour trip. I highly recommend.

Fantastic day tour of three Chateaux in Loire Valley. Our driver/guide Julia was knowledgeable and let us have ample time to explore at each stop. We skipped the wine tasting in Amboise and had a delicious three course lunch at Chez Bruno that was recommended by Julia. One of the best meals of our trip! Everything was well organized from start to finish. Pickup spot was easy to find and we left on time and got back as scheduled.
You better make sure the metro is running

Apparently there are restricted metros during Veterans Day, unbeknownst to us. When the metro stopped, many stops passed where we needed to be, we couldn’t make it to the meeting point until 40 minutes later. We called the company to let them know what was going on. No one returned our call. We contacted Viator but they couldn’t help. We were refused a refund. Needless to say, we are very disappointed because we were unable to go on this much anticipated tour.
