Did not meet expectations

We were supposed to be provided directions to get us to the Mona Lisa the fastest. From the lobby, we were told where to go and she left us. One of the first steps in her instructions was to take the elevator. Most of us walked as a group and when we got to the elevator, it was out of service. No one knew where to go from there. It took us over an hour to find the painting.
Not handicapped friendly

Was not too happy in the fact that the Guide didn’t really seem to care that my husband was having a hard time keeping up walking with his cane and made him climb stairs instead of directing us to elevators that he could have used.
Beware of poor directions for meeting place

Left super early, thought we understood the meeting place instructions. We were not able to find it in time- we were ten minutes late. This was my fault- but the directions were not easy. I learned this when I had to book a different tour to replace this one- that tour had very complete instructions. Pay very close attention to the instructions! Recommend city wonders instead to avoid this problem and lost money!
very misleading title

- tour guide was 15 minutes late
- we did not skip the line, it was 10:15 before we got into the Louvre for an 8:45 meet up with tons of people going in ahead of us
- once inside all that was provided was directions on how to find the Mona Lisa, by that time it was packed
This was the most expensive option for tickets I could find so was expecting to get to Mona Lisa early
Poor Viator Experience

Guide was not there to meet us for Lourve Sip the Line Morning na Lisa tour. We tried to connect with museum and my name wasn’t on any of their lists. Supposedly after contacting the company, an investigation is being done as I requested a refund. I was sorely disappointed with my Viator experience !!!
