Brilliant experience with Hero Experiences Group. Our driver Bashir picked us up in a beautiful Land Rover Defender and took us to the launch spot for our Hot Air Balloon ride. Bashir really took care of us during the whole experience and made sure we had everything we need. He also took some great pictures. The whole experience was so well planned, every detail was thought out from the moment we were picked up to when we were dropped back to our hotel. We felt very safe in the hands of our Pilot Serhan made us feel so safe and gave us an incredible balloon ride. We also had the pleasure of a falcon Suhail joining us too! Waseem joined us in balloon and explained everything to us too. The final stop was breakfast in a real life Oasis with wonderful food and then a camel ride. 100% worth the early start and price. Hats off to the whole team for such a brilliant experience.

Going on a hot Air Ballon tour was such an awesome adventure. Well planned and perfectly organized with super friendly staff. The Flight was such a nice way to see the sunrise in the desert of Dubai. The Breakfast was amazing and there were even a falcon for fotos and camels to go on a short ride.
