Reviews for Normandy D-day Beaches And American Cemetery Day Trip From Paris
Worth it!
Veronica_W
Had a great day exploring the beaches and American Cemetery. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and talked about some of the history on the bus while getting to each destination. We had about 20minutes at Omaha beach, 1 hour at the American Cemetery, 1hour 20 minutes for lunch, 20minutes at the German bunkers, and 30minutes at Juno Beach/Canadian visitor center. We also stopped for about 30minutes on the way there and back at rest stops to use the restrooms and get snacks if needed. We thought there was plenty of time to see everything within the time allocations. The bus driver even played us a movie about the artificial ports for the journey back! Overall very happy with our day spent.
