No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access. Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this cases your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies. Some collections may vary along the year.

We took the private tour of the Orsay Museum with Florent of Babylon Tours and we had an incredible time. Florent was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the museum and the art works. We enjoyed hearing how the Impressionist movement started and the artists who influenced them.
Florent did a terrific job of explaining the history of the art along with the story of Paris during that time period. He also showed us beautiful spaces in the museum we would have walked right by if not for him. We could tell he enjoyed sharing his love for the art and the space and we came away from the experience with big smiles. We highly recommend Florent!
Marcel brought Impressionism to life

Our guide Marcel was incredibly informative and interesting. He even had an iPad and showed us photos that complemented the paintings he was showing us. For example, he showed us photos of himself at scenes depicted in the paintings. And photos of the artists who were shown in the paintings. The orsay was extremely interesting as it focused on a specific period of time.
