A darker side of Paris, steeped in history. The audio tour was very informative and explained each area step by step, this was available in many different languages a must when doing the tour.
We were greeted by a security guard at the front door who was not very helpful at all as we struggled to get the QR code from our booking, he would have happily turned us away (which he did with another customer) fortunately we were able to navigate the system and get the code. The tour and catacombs made up for the poor introduction to the venue. Would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the poor customer service at the start of the tour.

Once we found out how to get the tickets,the catacombs were a great experience..unfortunately we could not make head nor tail of getting the boat ticket so didn’t even bother. A few people we spoke to had the same problem..

The catacombs are a very interesting and enjoyable experience but beware they do not issue refunds. I had to literally stand outside and sell extra tickets that I had bought accidentally outside the complex
Only do with a tour guide!

No guided tours available. Used the audio tour and was very disappointed! Did a guided tour in 2019 with my daughter and wanted my husband to hear all the incredible stories on our 2024 trip, non-existent.
Disappointing no do for cruise

Catacombs was great. No info what so ever for the river cruise. Where to go , what time… waste of money. We were had!
