This was such a fun and informative class! Frederic was entertaining and knowledgeable and knew how to engage everyone in the class which included our somewhat reluctant husbands who quickly became interested in the weaving of French history, geography and food technique. The market visit was incredible, especially the cheese tasting. We learned so much and the recipes have been easy to replicate back home. We are making two of them for our Thanksgiving meal. Yum!

The class was an amazing experience. Between Fredrick being an excellent and entertaining teacher, and the wonderful individuals that were also signed up for the class, it will be one of my favorite experiences in Paris.

I enjoyed every second of my time. It was structured not just to cook a meal but to learn about cooking and the French cuisine. The food, of course, was delicious. They made the effort to accommodate everyone's dietary needs (allergies, etc). They weren't stingy on the wine served with the meal. All the staff was kind and Paolo was amazingly knowledgeable.
Yes, it's not cheap. But for the six hours I had with them, I felt like I got every penny's worth.
