Atrocious. Entry meeting point instructions were vague Unable to download guest two audio. Contacted company and rubbish reply only stating original instructions. Really poor

The museum was amazing, but this particular tour wasn't great for us. It was quite difficult to use the links sent for audio. We finally decided to take the tour without audio guide. There wasn't any real benefit to purchasing this particular tour experience for us.

Extremely stressful dealing with tickets thru Viator. I booked louvre tickets thru Viator 15 days in advance and until 1 hour before my entry, I did not get my tickets to enter louvre. This was despite multiple requests to send tickets in advance to plan my itinerary. With a lot of uncertainty this was very stressful. To be fair, Viator chat staff was helpful. But they too couldn’t do much until 1 hour before.

This was terrible! I never received the tickets. I did get a voucher, but the Louvre would not take it. We waited in line and then we could not get in. I was given a link and it went from a voucher to a PDF saying that this was not our tickets. This was for 6 people.
