We were told we could avoid the queues but did not. Could have just bought tickets and make our own way

First of all, we paid too much for the tickets. We were informed that there were no skip the line tickets. We had to stand in line. Audio was not good. Don’t understand why we paid twice as much.

We could not meet, no body answered to phone, waited more than an hour and coluld not reach the guide. The ticker they sant to us was without scan code so we could not enter the museum by on own and had to buy a new ticket from the museum site. And I will sugfest you all to use the Louvre museum website. Viator was a disaster for me.

Entrance to the. Museum went smoothly. Audio tour was useless, didn’t work, period. Waste of time and money.
Viator won’t give tix until day before

Viator won’t give your tix in advance. You are forced to use your cell phone and the Louvre wi-fi is always overwhelmed. So when I got to the entrance, it took 15 minutes to get the tix to appear. This also means you have to have your cell charged. I asked 3 times for tix in advance but they ignored me. There are plenty of other places to get tix. Go directly to museum website. Avoid Viator for anything.
