Reviews for Paris Seine River Dinner Cruise From Alexandre Iii Bridge
Need much better communication

The location of the boat changed. We were notified via WhatsApp. I hardly ever use and it doesn’t give you a notification of a new message. They had my cell phone number and should have notified me that way then we would not have to have walked another mile to the boat’s new location if it wasn’t for a young man at the restaurant boat by the original location we would have missed the boat
Nice boat trip.

We like it a lot. The food is nice, I just miss a little more seasoning food. But the menu is very nice. I would recommend this.
Nightmare Cruise

Unprofessionalism from start to end. For starters, the email containing the tickets doesn’t even contain the name of the boat and it was very difficult to find. After finally boarding, it took the staff almost an hour to come up to us and ask us what we wanted to drink. The table next to us has food and drinks served within 20 minutes upon boarding the cruise. Absolutely garbage experience and waste of money. I would’ve received much better service at McDonald’s than this cruise. And then we didn’t receive dessert until the cruise was close to being docked at the end. I will make sure to tell others and post this review everywhere that I can so that people don’t bother wasting their time and money at this dump poor excuse of a cruise.
Ok for the money

The river cruise itself was good for the money we paid. The food was average. The service was a little disorganised as the waiters were randomly taking food and drinks orders. We had not had our food and drinks orders taken and people were already having food served. We were given a bowl of bread and the other tables next to us weren't. In terms of table arrangements, even though we were a couple we were virtually sat on a table of 6 with only a few inches apart, so everyone could hear your conversation. The lead waiter who saw you at your table was very blunt with me when I asked if we could be seated at a table next to the window. He stated I should have booked that and paid the premium! On trip advisor it doesn't give you a choice on where to sit, as I would have selected this. I tried to explain this and he responded by saying that where he had seated us was perfectly fine. If I was asked if I would book this dinner river cruise again, the answer would be no. But I would pay more and have a more premium service and more space on board with hopefully better service.
Superb views and amazing atmosphere

The food is very good, but the absolute winner is the view of the big monuments and sights. Watch for any mass exodus from seats up to deck; that's your cue to get your camera phone and snap the Eiffel Tower up close. Staff were very funny and attentive, and make the trip enjoyable.
