What a view despite the bad weather. Statue of Liberty a nice 😮. Food almost as spectacular as the cruise!

A couple of not so good things happened on our cruise. Just out of the dock the boat stalled and though it started up again they turned us around so we missed a lot of the river views. Then the entire front bay windows fogged up so we could see anything through the blur. Everyone tried to wipe them down but it didn’t help. All photos were blurry. The service was good and nice to have a live singer onboard. The fish dinner was good but the chicken was overdone.
Plus there was a really loud group at a table near us (not the fault of the cruise company) but not too romantic.

The Eiffel Tower has a light show on the hour. The cruise passed the Eiffel Tower eight minutes before the show. Surely they could time it to see the show and still be ready for the later dinner cruise . Also, the cruise was pretty much identical to the cruise you can get for an additional €13, when you take the hop on hop off bus. That meant that we were paying approximately $150 for a very mediocre dinner and still charged extra for a bottle of water and a Coca-Cola.

A wonderful experience overall. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Put that together with the fact we were cruising the Seine and you have a brilliant evening. Thank you to all onboard. We had a special extra surprise in that we sat at the very front of the boat and had an uninterrupted view of the river and all her sights. Xx
