Long day but worth it!

We had a great host that prepared us well for the long day! The Amalfi Coast was beautiful but the time actually spent on the ground was limited. Be sure to have a plan for your visit there to maximize your experience. The guide was very helpful to direct us. The local guides at Pompeii were great and we did get to see the highlights of the huge property.

Tour guide Viviana and driver Giovanni were excellent. Kept group on time/schedule and communicated itinerary very well. Enjoyed the stops to break up the drive and the free time allowed. Would recommend tour to singles, couples, and families!

This is an amazing trip! Amalfi coast was breathtaking. Positano is such a cute little city. Pompeii was much more than I expected. It is an amazing marvel of a Roman city in tact, much larger than I expected. It is a long day, with a lot of walking. But it is definitely worth it. The Pompeii guide was extremely knowledgeable. But our tour guide from Rome, Sonia, was spectacular. I have been on many tours, but Sonia is by far the best tour guide that I have ever met. She spoke to us on the bus as we were leaving Rome, describing what we saw. She told us what to expect on our day and was simply bubbling with joy and enthusiasm. Upon our return back to Rome, she even played Italian music that was so lovely. The bus was very comfortable. I highly recommend this trip!

Our guide Clare was absolutely wonderful! Pompeii is a very special place to visit. Nowhere else will you get such a complete picture of what daily life was like in an ancient Roman town. Positano was gorgeous we enjoyed every minute with breath taking views.
