Great nighttime views!

This was the perfect way to end our London trip! We sat on the top deck with our drinks as the sun set and then got to see the skyline at night. It was a bit cold but we would go downstairs to warm up and have a snack. Would recommend eating before the cruise since it’s small bites only. Would go again!
Trip on the river Thames

The view of the major landmarks from the water is fabulous. Great to do this the day you arrive if you are arriving to London via plane in the late morning or early afternoon. You get a chance to get to your hotel, check in and then have something to do on your first evening in London. Great picture opportunity after the sun goes down (Late Sept. - March). We took our trip in mid October.

Basic cruise from Tower Bridge to Westminster and back. Would have liked some commentary about what we were passing. I’m thinking it’s better at night with the buildings lit up but most of our cruise was still in daylight. Nothing wrong with the cruise, just somewhat disappointing.

Unfortunately, Viator did not book us onto the actual cruise with City Cruises so we were told we might not be able to go if there weren’t extra seats. We had to wait until they were about to take off to see if there were people who didn’t make it so we could take their seats. Luckily, the City Cruises staff were able to accommodate us. It is unfortunate that Viator almost ruined this cause for us by not following through.

Very nice experience and the singer was great! Loved the views, wished there were more canapés but I can’t really complain.
